We don't accept returns unless the item is defective. There are no order cancellations once the order has been submitted.

What are your shipping rates?
United States Priority shipping (2-3 business transit days) is $7.65 to locations in the Domestic US. Transit times only refer to the length of time your package will take to arrive once it leaves our facility. Expedited shipping (Overnight) is also available for all beard care emergencies.
When will my order ship?
Our average processing times are 2-3 business days. We ship Tuesday & Friday. On the rare occasion of storewide and super popular sales, our processing times may extend a bit longer. Due to how orders are printed and factors involving order payment verification, we do not count the day the order is placed as a processing day. Day 1 is the business day after your order is placed.
We do not ship on Federal or (some) State Holidays (Mardi Gras) because well, we can't...
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates are based upon your location.
If an order is returned to us for any reason not of our own, there is a $7.65 shipping cost + 20% restocking fee to get a replacement order shipped out
If you have had issues with your delivery, we encourage you to first contact your local Post Office. We are given the same information that you're able to access from the Order Tracking.
If you received an email that your package was "Delivered," yet you have not received it here are two tips to further help:
- USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
- Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL POST OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information,
