I'm so used to beard products having some kind of coconut substance including oil in them. I am African American but coconut products dry me out. I know, it's weird being a African American and can't use coconut products. I love the because it conditions and stays soft all day unlike other products I have tried in the past. I dig what he is trying to do but the product is not very good. The balm has a super harsh smell and the oils are lack luster. The beard wash and comb are above average and are salvageable. I think the ingredients used are subpar leading to the poor quality.

The items were shipped with bottle seals and droppers to make application easier. Also the wash was shipped in a pump bottle for easier use. These improvements have helped tremendously with the use of the products.
